Pre-Event Planning
- Golf course selection & communication

- Consulting on event structure; including pricing, sponsorships, timeline, budget, etc.
- Weekly reporting
- Facilitate & order logo merchandise, Hole-in-One prize packages & signage for event
Day of Event
- On-site staffing throughout the entire event
- Oversee registration & distribute golfer gifts
- Organize all signage at the course the evening before & the morning of the event
- Set up Hole-in-One package, hole signage, prizes, awards reception & banquet area
- Coordinate on-course sponsors
Post Event Follow-up
- Send thank you email to participants through Sweet Spot Software
- Display event winners & contest winners on the custom website
- Attend follow-up meetings regarding the event
- Review all expenditures & event budget
- Set timeline, agenda & goals for next year’s event
